Томас Кун Рак щитовидной железы (РЩЖ) является наиболее часто встречающейся злокачественной опухолью эндокринной системы [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>]. Стандартизованный показатель заболеваемости РЩЖ в различных странах мира варьирует от 0,8 до 9,4 случая на 100 000 населения в год среди женщин и от 0,6 до 2,6 случая на 100 000 населения в год среди мужчин [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit6">6</xref>].
