В исследование было включено 17 пациентов, получающих ТТГ-супрессивную терапию препаратами левотироксина по поводу ДРЩЖ. Возраст исследуемых составил 18–60 лет. Исследование уровней ТТГ проводилось в 8.00–9.00 и14.00–16.00ч одного дня. Медиана уровня ТТГ в утренние часы составила 0,016 мЕд/л, в дневные – 0,015 мЕд/л. Диапазон суточных колебаний в процентном отношении достигал 200% (Ме – 19%). При пограничных значениях ТТГ стабильность адекватной супрессии нарушается. Уточняющим мероприятием в подобных ситуациях может служить исследование уровня ТТГ в другие часы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Тo investigate circadian rhythm of TSH secretion during TSH-suppression therapy. 17 patients taking TSH-suppression therapy, at the age of 18–60 years have been included. Measurements of serum TSH were performed at8.00–9.00h and 14.00–16.00 during the day. The median of TSH concentrations in the morning was 0,016mU/l, at the daytime – 0.015mU/l. The amplitude of TSH circadian variability reached 200% (Me – 19%). At boundary TSH value stability of TSH-suppression can be broken.
