Предлагается использовать метформин не только у пациентов с сахарным диабетом, но и у больных с признаками инсулинорезистентности без нарушений углеводного обмена, как, например, у пациентов с ожирением или у женщин с синдромом поликистозных яичников. Опубликованная оригинальная работа Л.М.
