В статье приводится клиническое наблюдение молодой женщины с аутоиммунным полигландулярным синдромом 2го типа, представленным первичной недостаточностью коры надпочечников и нарушением функции щитовидной железы. В ходе течения заболевания произошло изменение функциональной активности щитовидной железы со сменой гипотиреоза на тиреотоксикоз, что стало причиной резкой декомпенсации надпочечниковой недостаточности.

This article describes the case of a young woman with autoimmune polyglandular syndrome type 2, presented by the primary adrenal insufficiency and thyroid dysfunction. In the course of the disease there was a change of the thyroid functional activity from hypothyroidism to hyperthyroidism, which led to adrenal insufficiency decompensation.
