Первичная заболеваемость БГ у детей невысока и в среднем составляет 1–2 на 100 тыс. детского населения в год. Несмотря на то что ключевая роль АТрТТГ в развитии зоба и тиреотоксикоза известна давно, только недавно стало понятным влияние генетических факторов на инициацию болезни [9, 11, 42]. Генетическая предрасположенность к развитию аутоиммунных тиреопатий составляет до 70% риска возникновения заболевания и со стоит из ряда взаимодействий предрасполагающих и протективных аллелей нескольких генов, отвечающих за узнавание антигенов и/или иммуномодуляцию [15, 22, 28]. Одной из характерных особенностей БГ в детском возрасте является относительная резистентность к консервативному лечению, особенно у детей в препубертатном возрасте и в возрасте младше 5 лет [2, 37]. Высокая частота рецидивов после от мены тиреостатической терапии способствовала тому, что детские эндокринологи, в частности в Северной Америке, стали выступать за использование терапии радиоактивным йодом у лиц более молодого возраста, даже в качестве терапии первой линии [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit35">35</xref>]. Не смотря на простоту использования и доказанную краткосрочную безопасность радиоактивного йода, об отдаленной безопасности этого метода лечения сведений пока недостаточно, особенно у молодых пациентов, являющихся более уязвимыми к воздействию радиации и имеющих потенциально более высокую продолжительность жизни. Кроме того, до на стоящего момента не выявлены надежные факторы, позволяющие прогнозировать исходы тиреостатической терапии у детей, а их идентификация позволила бы оптимизировать индивидуальный подход к лечению каждого ребенка [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit12">12</xref>].</p></abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Дедов И.И., Мельниченко Г.А.
