В повседневной практике нам часто нужно оценивать, какие методы диагностики и лечения заслуживают доверия, а какие нет. Но не всякая научная публикация является надежным источником информации – тут существует определенная иерархия доказательности. В обзоре обсуждается, как на практике применять принцип “доверяй, но проверяй” при анализе научной медицинской литературы.

In everyday life doctors have to verify whether they can trust certain diagnistic procedures and treatment methods. There are different study types that vary in terms of their validity. This article reviews application of famous approach "trust but verify" to the selection of medical literature.
