Насколько должны отличаться подходы в диагностике и лечению тироидной патологии между странами/регионами, в которых дефицит йода успешно устранен путем всеобщего йодирования соли, и теми местами, где сохраняется разной степени выраженности йодная недостаточность? Как должна изменяться диагностическая и лечебная тактика в отношении заболеваний щитовидной железы в период внедрения в стране программы всеобщего йодирования соли? Эти и другие вопросы обсуждаются в регулярной колонке "De Gustibus"

How different should be approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases among countries / regions where iodine deficiency is successfully eliminated through universal salt iodization, and the places that preserved various degrees of iodine deficiency? What diagnostic and therapeutic tactics in relation to thyroid diseases should be changed during the implementation of universal salt iodization program? These and other questions are discussed in the regular column "De Gustibus".
