Abstract
Буквально несколько месяцев назад две наиболее известные в мире эндокринологические ассоциации США выпустили новые клинические рекомендации по диагностике и лечению гипотиреоза у взрослых. В этой статье мы приводим полный перевод собственно рекомендаций, не останавливаясь на переводе многочисленных комментариев и объяснений того, на основании чего эти рекомендации даны. Весь документ – достаточно объемен и занимает больше 200 журнальных страниц. Помимо перевода текста и не менее значимого указания на уровень доказательности отдельных рекомендаций, в тексте статьи приводятся некоторые комментарии и послесловие ее автора и переводчика. Все рекомендации разделены ключевыми клиническими вопросами на 15 разделов.
