Новые клинические рекомендации: «Тиреотоксикоз с диффузным зобом (болезнь Грейвса), узловым/многоузловым зобом»

Аннотация
В июне 2025 года в Российской Федерации вышли обновленные клинические рекомендации по диагностике и лечению тиреотоксикоза, разработанные на основе актуальных научных данных, реалий клинической практики и международных стандартов.
Особое внимание уделено изменениям в подходах к ведению пациентов с тиреотоксикозом, вызванным диффузным токсическим зобом (болезнью Грейвса), а также узловым и многоузловым токсическим зобом. В работе выделены наиболее существенные и концептуальные сдвиги — как в диагностических алгоритмах, так и в стратегиях терапии, включая приоритеты медикаментозного лечения, критерии назначения хирургического вмешательства и радиойодтерапии.
Сравнительный анализ позволяет проследить эволюцию клинического мышления и процесс стандартизации оказания помощи пациентам с тиреотоксикозом в современной эндокринологии.
Цель данного обзора — повысить информированность специалистов и способствовать формированию критически осмысленного, взвешенного и персонализированного подхода к применению клинических рекомендаций в практике диагностики и лечения тиреотоксикоза.
