Аннотация

Рак околощитовидных желез (РОЩЖ) – редкоезлокачественное заболевание. У больных РОЩЖ, как правило, отмечается тяжелое течение гиперпаратиреоза с высокими показателями кальция и паратгормона (ПТГ) в крови. Кроме того, у большинства пациентов диагностируются выраженные костные и почечные осложнения гиперпаратиреоза, а у некоторых определяются симптомы местного и отдаленного распространения заболевания. На сегодняшний день нет какого-либо патогномоничного гистопатологического маркера в диагностике РОЩЖ. Окончательный диагноз РОЩЖ основывается на наличии локальной инвазии опухоли или наличии метастазов в лимфатические узлы и отдаленные органы. Малое количество наблюдений, а также трудности диагностики тормозят активное изучение данной патологии. На сегодняшний день в вопросах диагностики и лечения РОЩЖ используется коллективный мировой опыт врачей, занимающихся этой проблемой. Однако многие аспекты этого тяжелого заболевания до сих пор остаются не изученными.
