Thyroid dysfunction and hematopoietic system

Аннотация

В настоящем обзоре проведен анализ современных данных литературы о влиянии гормонов щитовидной железы (ЩЖ) на систему кроветворения, периферические клетки крови, свертывающую и другие системы крови. Часто эти изменения носят приспособительный характер и зависят от активности метаболических процессов. Тем не менее точный механизм действия гормонов ЩЖ на системы крови до сих пор полностью не изучен. При компенсации функциональной активности ЩЖ картина крови обычно полностью восстанавливается и редко требуются дополнительные вмешательства.
