Гипопитуитаризм после облучения гипоталамогипофизарной системы

Аннотация

В настоящее время краниальное облучение (КО) применяется в комплексной терапии первичных опу холей головного мозга, опухолей гипоталамогипо физарной области, назофарингеальных опухолей, опухолей основания черепа, лица и шеи, а также для профилактики нейролейкемии у больных острым лимфобластным лейкозом (ОЛЛ) и при тотальном облучении перед пересадкой костного мозга.
